Build Follow-up Flows & button menus

Send timed follow-ups to people who didn’t reply, or a tappable button menu that guides them.

Before you start

Switch to the “Follow-up Flows” tab and click “New Flow”. Pick a flow kind: Sequence (timed messages) or Menu (tappable buttons).

For a Sequence, write the primary DM first — the message everyone gets immediately.

Add steps with a delay (e.g. “after 1 hour”) and a condition like “No response”. DMGO only nudges people who didn’t reply — no spam.

For a Menu flow, write a greeting and add buttons. Each button can open a link or lead to the next message — like a mini website inside DMs.

Set Active and save. Attach the flow as the response in a Reel or DM automation to put it to work.
