See your alerts in one inbox and choose which ones also come by email.

Open Notifications
Click the bell at the top, or open Account → “Notifications” in the sidebar. The Inbox tab lists sales, payouts and account alerts. Filter by Automations, Billing, Instagram or System, and use “Mark all read” to clear the badge.

Choose your preferences
Switch to the Preferences tab. Turn on Email notifications and pick which alerts you want: Automation alerts, Billing alerts and System alerts. Click “Save preferences”.

Keep your email up to date
Alerts go to your account email. Check it under Settings → Account → Profile, and use “Change email” if needed.
