Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers payments you make to DMGO Technologies for a plan subscription (Growth, Pro, Elite, or any paid plan) and other digital SaaS access sold directly by DMGO. For products you buy from an independent creator through DMGO, see our Buyer Refund Policy instead.

1. Subscriptions are generally non-refundable

Plan fees are charged for access to the service for the billing period you selected (monthly or annual). Once a period has started, fees are generally non-refundable, including for unused time after a cancellation.

2. Digital services only

DMGO does not ship physical goods. All payments on this page are for digital software access and related online services only. For that reason, a physical return policy does not apply to these purchases.

3. 3-day issue window

As a goodwill exception, you may request a refund within 3 days of a charge if a genuine automation or account-connection issue on our side prevented you from using the service and our support team was unable to resolve it. Each request is reviewed case by case.

This window does not cover: change of mind, not using the product, issues caused by Instagram/Meta policy changes or your account being restricted by Instagram, or violations of our Terms.

Email team@dmgo.in from your registered email within the 3-day window, with your payment/transaction reference and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5-7 business days (bank timelines apply).

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
