Can’t log in or OTP not arriving
Steps to regain access when login or the verification code fails.

Use your registered email/number
Make sure you’re logging in with the exact email or phone you signed up with — a typo sends the OTP elsewhere.

Check spam and wait a minute
Email OTPs can land in Spam/Promotions. SMS can take up to a minute — request a resend only after that.

Reset password
Use “Forgot password” to set a new one. This also confirms your account email is reachable.
