Set up your Bio Store
One link for your Instagram bio with your products, links and socials. Design it in minutes.
Before you start
- At least one connected Instagram account.
- Bio Store switched on in Explore all apps (it’s on by default).
Open Bio store
In the sidebar under Tools, click “Bio store”. Your public address is shown at the top, like dmgo.in/u/your-username, with Open and Copy buttons. Below it you see page views, block taps and click rate.
Pick a look
Under Appearance, start with a Starter design (Studio Black, Warm Editorial, Electric Signal and more), then fine-tune the background, button style, font and accent colour. The phone on the right updates live.
Fill in your profile
In Profile, tap “Update from Instagram” to use your Instagram photo, then set your display name and a short bio. Add your social icons (YouTube, WhatsApp, X and more) under “Social icons”.
Add links & products
Under “Links & products”, use the add buttons at the bottom: Add Product, Add Link, Add Video, Add Countdown, Add Email signup, Add Heading and more. Drag blocks to reorder them, mark one as “Featured”, or use “Schedule visibility…” to choose when it shows.
Publish and put it in your bio
The bar at the bottom shows whether your page is live. Keep it switched to Live, click “Save changes”, then “Copy link” and paste it into your Instagram bio (Edit profile → Links). “View” opens your page.
On paid plans the “Made with DMGO” badge is removed for a clean, branded page.

Reconnect this Instagram account before publishingWhat it means: Your Bio Store is tied to an Instagram account that is no longer connected, so it can’t be published as Live.
Fix: Reconnect the account from Account → Instagram accounts, then come back and click “Save changes”.
That username is already taken.What it means: The Custom link name you typed (dmgo.in/u/…) is already used by someone else.
Fix: Try a different name, or leave Custom link blank. Your main link always follows your Instagram username.
Choose an available custom link or leave it blankWhat it means: You clicked “Save changes” while the Custom link was taken, invalid or still being checked.
Fix: Open Settings, wait for the green “Available” message or clear the field, then save again.
Your custom username already matches your Instagram handle.What it means: The Custom link is the same as your Instagram username, which is already your main link.
Fix: Leave Custom link blank, or choose a different extra name.
Inline bio images are too large. Upload smaller images or use hosted image URLs.What it means: The images added to your page are too big to save together.
Fix: Use smaller or compressed images (or fewer of them), then save again.
No Instagram photo available for this account.What it means: “Update from Instagram” couldn’t fetch a profile photo for this account.
Fix: Click Refresh on the account in Instagram accounts and try again, or upload a photo yourself.
