Set up DM Auto-Reply
Reply instantly to DMs that contain a keyword — perfect for FAQs, price lists and link requests.

- A connected Instagram account with AutoDM enabled.

Go to Automations → DM Auto-Reply
Open the builder, switch to the “DM Auto-Reply” tab, and click “New DM Automation”.

Choose the keywords to listen for
Add keywords like “price”, “course”, or “link”. When a DM contains one, your reply fires. Pick “Contains” for flexible matching.

Compose the reply
Write your DM response. Use “Text + Button” to include a tappable link, or a “Card” for a rich preview with an image.

Activate
Set the status to Active and save. Now anyone who DMs that keyword gets your reply within seconds — even while you sleep.
Set a “cooldown” so the same person doesn’t get the same reply repeatedly in a short window.
