This policy applies when you buy a digital product, membership, course, or other paid offering from an independent creator through DMGO Technologies (for example, on a creator's payment or bio page). For DMGO plan subscriptions, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy instead.

1. DMGO's role
The product is sold by the creator, who is the seller of record. DMGO provides the platform and processes the payment (through Razorpay). DMGO is not the seller of the product itself.
2. Digital products are generally final
Because these are digital goods delivered instantly (downloads, access links, locked content, memberships, etc.), all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been delivered.
3. When you can request a refund
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if any of the following apply:
- Non-delivery - you paid but never received access to the product.
- Broken / inaccessible - the download link or access does not work and could not be fixed.
- Wrong product - what you received is materially different from what was described on the purchase page.
Change of mind, "I didn't use it", or dissatisfaction with the creator's content alone are not eligible. Subscriptions/memberships you cancel keep access until the current period ends.
4. How to request a refund
Email team@dmgo.in within 7 days of purchase, from the email you used at checkout, including the product name, the date, and your payment/transaction reference. We review each request with the creator. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5-7 business days (bank timelines apply).
5. Chargebacks
If you have a problem, please contact us first - raising a bank chargeback without contacting us can delay resolution. Fraudulent or abusive refund/chargeback activity may lead to losing access.
