What to check when a buyer’s payment fails or your earnings look missing.

Find the order

Open Overview → Leads & sales → “Buyers & sales”. Use the Paid and Abandoned filters: Abandoned means the buyer started checkout but didn’t finish paying.

Buyer-side checks

Failed payments are usually the bank or UPI app declining. Ask the buyer to retry with another method or after checking their balance. If money was debited, banks usually auto-reverse a failed payment within a few working days.

Earnings vs payouts

A paid sale first shows in Earnings as Held (7-day hold), then Available, then In transit and Paid out. The “Available on” date tells you when it frees up. No payouts at all? Check that your Payout account is Active.

Buyer charged but no order showing? Raise a ticket with the payment reference or UPI transaction ID.

Error messages you might see

The exact text DMGO shows, what it means and how to fix it.

Payment failed. No money was deducted.
What it means: The bank, card or UPI app declined the payment inside the Razorpay window. Sometimes the buyer sees the bank’s own reason here instead.
Fix: The buyer can tap Buy again and try another UPI app, card or method, or check their balance and limits first.
Verification failed. If money was deducted it’ll be delivered shortly — please check your email.
What it means: The payment went through Razorpay, but the buyer’s browser couldn’t confirm it with DMGO (usually a network drop). The order is confirmed separately in the background.
Fix: Ask the buyer not to pay again. They should check their email for the access link. If nothing arrives, raise a ticket with the payment ID.
Payment verification failed
What it means: DMGO couldn’t match the payment confirmation to the order, so access was not unlocked from this screen.
Fix: Don’t pay twice. Check “Buyers & sales” for the order and raise a ticket with the Razorpay payment ID if it isn’t there.
This seller must complete their legal and support details before accepting orders.
What it means: The creator hasn’t filled in their Seller details (legal name, support contact, address, grievance contact and the seller attestation). Checkout is blocked until they do.
Fix: Creators: open Settings → Seller details, fill every field and click “Save seller details”.
This product isn’t available to buy right now — the creator hasn’t finished setting its price. Please check back soon.
What it means: A paid product has no valid price saved, so DMGO refuses to start checkout.
Fix: Creators: edit the product, set the price and save it again.
This product is not available right now.
What it means: The creator’s current plan no longer covers this product (for example after a downgrade or when over the plan’s product limit).
Fix: Creators: upgrade the plan from Billing, or remove other products so this one fits your plan.
This product is sold out.
What it means: The stock limit set on this payment page has been reached.
Fix: Creators: raise the stock limit on the payment page if you can take more orders.
Could not load the payment window
What it means: The Razorpay checkout couldn’t load in the buyer’s browser, often because of a weak connection, an ad blocker or an in-app browser.
Fix: Refresh the page, turn off ad blockers, or open the link in Chrome or Safari and try again.
