What to check when a customer’s payment fails or your earnings look missing.

Check the order status first
Open Leads & Sales. A payment can be Pending for a few minutes before it confirms — wait and refresh.

Customer-side checks
Failed payments are usually the bank/UPI declining. Ask the buyer to retry with another method or after confirming balance.

Earnings vs payouts
Money first shows as earnings, then is paid out on the payout schedule. Check Earnings for your balance and Payout account for payout history.
Charged but no order showing? Raise a ticket with the payment reference / UPI transaction ID.
