Confirm it’s a Professional account
Personal accounts get rejected. In Instagram: Settings → Account type and tools → Switch to Professional (Business/Creator).

Re-authorize from a real browser
Open DMGO in Chrome/Safari (not an in-app browser), go to Instagram Accounts → Connect, and approve ALL requested permissions.

Skipping a permission is the #1 cause of repeat disconnects.

Check the linked Facebook Page
Your Instagram should be linked to a Facebook Page you control. If you lost Page access, connection can break.
